Richard Randall

After serving as Southeast Regional Director for NQA, USA (an accredited certification body (CB) with over 50,000 certificates issued to clients in over 90 countries), Richard Randall recognized that most micro, small and medium sized businesses cannot justify the expense of hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Professional with experience in the Certification process.
To address this need, he formed RRBG, Inc. and assembled a team of experienced, proven, top-tier quality professionals that these businesses can contract on a part-time, as-needed basis to implement a QMS (ISO 9001, AS91xx or ISO 13485) or Information Security Standard (ISO 27001), support the Certification process as the company’s “Quality Specialist” and maintain that certification for as long as the company needs.
